Yeah, crazy day and crazy game.  Watching the end, I was like "a Bowers TD would be nice.  But a Jax win helps me in a pick 'em pool."  I got the TD, then the Raiders go for 2 and miss... I'd say I'm living good, but you are probably still going to beat me, according to ESPN.  Rooting for a shootout tonight to knock the Seattle defense down... but a Seattle win helps with the pick 'em.

I don’t really know why I put Kamara in place of Wandale after snapping up Monongai. Guess I was hoping for some pass game uptick with the QB change but Kamara was a wasted pick in all my leagues. I’ve also had a major WR injury in each redraft, with Nabers here being the worst, so I’m just happy to be alive in all of them. 

tougher to trust Ferguson with Lamb back but let’s see what happens

4 playoff spots have been clinched with 2 weeks remaining.   AD, Bier, Jerry, Gladiators and Shore alive for the final 2 spots.  1 of them has to go to AD/Bier/Jerry as blue division champion.

Most likely scenario looks like AD and Bier currently at 7-5 but low total points for Bier means Jerry, Glad and Shore can catch him if he loses out and they win out.

Pending formalities tonight, I won, Bier lost, and Shore lost (to AD).  If points is the tiebreaker, that means I snuck into the playoffs.

yeah, looking back at round 1 there were a number of picks who underwhelmed due to circumstance or missing a few games, etc.  Chase, JJ, Barkley... but at least Jefferson functioned as a double digit scoring WR2 for most of the season.

split their season series. Biff projected to win by 12 but Cloaca has not swapped in CMC yet or any other changes. I have a feeling the Jerkin Gherkins are going to advance as long as Hurts doesn't poop the bed again

Also, I finally got Hampton back last night, he looked pretty good.  My 2/3 turn of Bowers/Hampton has been injured most of the season, Benson is still out, lost Hunter, and my can't miss #1 Jamarr Chase has been quite hit or miss, seems like he's maybe mailed in the season at this point.

But as Biff said, my team is on a run, so any given Sunday...

your team is getting hot at the right time, which is why most of my leagues have never reshuffled as the playoffs go along. People sometimes bring it up when a 6 seed advances and plays the 2, instead of the 1, but then other people point out that a lot of 6 seeds come in on fire due to getting injured players back, or having some of their bench stash guys assume larger roles and if you take a more narrow focus at the last month- 6 weeks, they are often stronger on paper than the 4/5 seeds.
