The Elevator Killer 554 Posted Monday at 11:50 AM He points out, (among other things) that Russia has a more Nukes than the US. The US spends 50 billlion a year to maintain our nukes. Russia's entire military budget is 60 billion at year for everything. Weapons, manpower, food and on. So with that in mind it's clear that Russia is not properly maintaining its nukes and have no idea which ones will work and which ones will malfunction. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
