Blame Biden for not releasing them when he was in charge, crybaby

I do, he should have, but Biden's not in charge anymore, Trump is, and Trump is not only not releasing the files, but he moved Maxwell to a resort.  You voted for this.

I voted to keep illegals out of the country, a better economy, and keep ghey weirdo guys out of womens sports.  You spend 80% of your life whining about Trump as if anyone here gives a damn what you think or have to say.  It's pathetic.

Then you’ll have to change the Constitution. “Whole Persons” has never been limited to citizens.

With this particular Supreme Court I would advice you to slow your roll.

The 14th Amendment was intended to protect the freed slaves.  "Whole person" was not intended to include people who are in the country illegally.  It would be exactly the job of SCOTUS to clarify this.

I mean, that is the correct answer.  It's almost as if they don't know history - just revisionist history.

Weird that they didn’t specify this at the time then, and people 150 years later claim to know what their “intent” was, especially since later SCOTUS cases reaffirmed things like birthright citizenship (of course that doesn’t mean they won’t change it again).

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker rejects Texas Republicans' threat to arrest state Democrats:

"Texas law does not apply in the state of Illinois, and there's no federal law that would allow the FBI to arrest anybody that's here visiting our state. So it's a lot of grandstanding."

I love how the Democrats are going to "fight" the Texas redistricting after they've all already redistricted the GOP in each of their states OUT of seats already.

"Hey, stop doing this thing we've already done!  That's not fair!"

Do you agree it’s bad if either side does it?

Why bother asking him, he's going to keep using his circular logic that Dems did it---ignoring that in some states there are more Dems than Reps(Cal that has a bipartisan redistricting) board , and some states were a direct response to Project REDMAP.

Reminds me when the Dem Shiots tried to pass law about the census only use %10 of American results. Of course, that went down faster than the chubbier.Sticky Vicky did.💄

How convenient after your states already gerrymandered and now you're sitting here complaining about it.  How about you fix your states first before you get upset that the GOP is doing it?

I mean, c'mon.  You realize how convenient it is for you to say this, right?  Like, YOUR gerrymanders are already in place and your asking "the other guys" not to do it, yet you still benefit from it.  Hypocrisy, thy name is Honcho and KarenHauck.

House Democrats are probing the FBI's efforts to locate Texas Dems who left the state to block the GOP's gerrymandered congressional map — saying the effort is an "abuse of federal public safety resources for completely political purposes and without a law enforcement rationale."

This discussion has to be one of the dumbest debates I have seen here.   Both sides do it, have done it, and will continue to do it.  No side is right in it.  And for either side to complain about the other doing it is hypocritical as all get out.   Just move on.

Elections have consequences.   This unfortunately is one of them.  We all agree it's dumb and shouldn't happen.  Yet, no one will vote to have it removed.  So move the fock on. it's gonna happen.

It was voted on to be removed.  Democrats voted to remove it.  Republicans voted to keep it.

Woo hoo! Let's get that mileage tax pushed through ASAP...and then ask everyone to start going back to their offices FULL time!

CA gotta make up for that 12 bajillion dollar shortfall!

WTG, team blue!

Good. This now sets the precedent. Red states should go in in gerrymander everywhere and make it as brutal on Democrats as they possibly can. Problem is the left already did it almost all their states, we haven’t. Careful what you wish for.

You should change your avatar to a goldfish. Honestly if you cannot remember what sparked the CA redistricting, you might have short term memory loss.

Just because TX redistricted, doesn't mean there are other red states that haven't. If it's good for the goose... 🤷‍♀️

You know CA did this in direct response to TX right? 😂

I don’t deny that CA responding to TX might lead to other states getting in on the frenzy.

But cyclone said CA set a precedent, which is most certainly stealing the richly deserved credit from Texas.

Yep, which actually makes it more ridiculous. You guys have maxed out liberal states and then because Texas does it now you’re like oh you guys are so wrong for this. Lol

See my reply above. You guys have done this for years to where you can’t squeeze it anymore. Texas does it and then it’s revenge time? So weird.

Wut? 😂

We’re talking about redistributing. Texas said they were going to redistrict mid-decade. That would’ve been the third time a state has done that in like 200 years.
