Doubs or Jennings better for ROS?

PPR, I know it's hard to say with no real WR1 for GB but Doubs has been most targeted other than Kraft..  Jennings is hard to say and with the injuries to Purdy and now Mac Jones, not sure if there'll be someone solid to pass to Jennings?!   I'm looking to try and pick up Carter off waivers tonight and debating who is best to keep.  I'd lean to Doubs but just not sure if it's me being a homer in terms of Doubs or really thinking it through?

And maybe I should've asked...with having Jeanty, Kamara, Warren, Marks (and Hampton on IR), Carter does make sense, right?  Better to have a little more RB depth and choices than keeping both Jennings and Doubs instead?
