Emergency RB 2 Needed - Who to add

Went through all 32 teams rosters and considering who is avaiable to add
Have determined the following are the only viable options this week
note is a standard league

Justice Hill (Ravens) - if field conditions bad, could see high use. doensn't mean good fantasy scoring.
Tuten (Jaguars)
Vidal (Chargers) - expected to be receiving / change of pace. thought to be rb 2 for chargers (Hasikins not available)
Corum (Rams) - fantasy wise, don't trust starting many Rams

(also considersed McNichols (was), Bam Knigt (ari), Blue (Dal)

I am leaning Vidal

Seconday question, knowing this add will start for me would you then start either the following
Maye or Goff
Worthy or McConkey
