This offense and Cam Ward have looked dismal through six weeks, so it's not surprising.

And yet the Dolphins won't fire Mike McDaniel.

Heck Miami's GM is in his 10th season... zero playoff wins and after a decade on the job - this is the team he created.  No other professional sports organization in the world would put up with that much ineptitude. Except the Dolphins.

Conspiracy around this is that Grier is in the Brian Flores camp and if he were to get fired he might leak a bunch of crap about the Dolphins owner...

Cannot see any other reason why he is still tenured after so many coaches have come and gone.

Could be. Though I always wondered if the owner (Ross) who's now 85, was scared to make a big change for fear that it might entail a rebuild which could take a few years - time he ain't got.  It's just inexplicable... TEN YEARS with nothing to show for it. Hell, they might as well have hired me.  

Since Marino left, I've usually just been disappointed with the Dolphins - for 25 years now.  But at this point I'm just full of rage. I'm sick of our Capri wearing coach who can't speak a coherent sentence.  Detest the gm. And disgusted by the owner.

Lots of Dolphin fans say "we should keep these certain players and build a new team around them."  I disagree. I want everyone associated with this cesspool gone - every player, coach, trainer, the secretary who answers phones, the schlub selling hot dogs in the stands. And then owner - God willing he'll GIVE UP THE GHOST.  As much as I love my Dolphins, I absolutely hate this team.
