At least a couple investigations have shown that other people besides Trump have the keys to the main social media account, formerly Twitter, now Pravda Social. People like Scavino, probably Miller have their fingers on it. I don’t think Trump could tell a Nazi Eagle from a Philistine god of the air or Quetzalquatl or a flying squirrel.
