Wilson vs. Higgins and Marks vs. Hubbard ROS

I have a solid stash of WRs - Smith-Njigba, Rice, Collins, Adams, Waddle, and Higgins

RBs...not bad but not much bench depth...Taylor, Gibbs, Jones, and Hubbard (and Mixon and Benson stashed in RES spots should they come back)

I'm not sure of the reason but someone has dropped Garrett Wilson.  Would you drop Higgins or Waddle for Wilson.  Waddle is the WR1 now and will continue to get looks.  Higgins seemed to be building repoir with Flacco.  Wilson is extremely talented...but Fields has issues.

Also, do you see Marks with more future upside to Hubbard?  Both are in timeshares but Dowdle is much better than Chubb.
