This trade has potential to help both teams. Jets have long-term rebuild help, but I think Sauce is energized leaving NY & he helps that Colts defense a lot

They rebuild and build a different way.  Obviously having those 2 as their highest paid guys wasnt working.   

Oh no the Seahawks traded Metcalf!  They wont get a Metcalf with the pick they got in return!   What will they do???
