He has 6 years of College football experience. Way more experience playing football than McCarthy. 

I think he can be serviceable which is all the Vikings need right now. Don't be JJ

I just want a QB who will make Addison playable again.  Have him in a 16 team $ league where we start 3 WR’s, and I’ve had him on the bench the last 2 weeks.  In a league that size he should be my WR2 with even serviceable QB play.

After 1st quarter, not a single target to Jefferson. Wouldn’t you think the 1st thing you tell Brosmer is to get Jefferson involved right away???

Jefferson: 2 catches for 4 yards. He's got a great name, but he can't catch what isn't reasonably close.

Not that M Wilson or Olave did that much more. At least Olave scored. Should have scored twice.

Definitely a tough match up for his first start, but today's performance probably explains why he wasn't drafted. I feel bad for him. Could end up being his only regular season NFL start & it won't be a fond memory.

I ended up pretty much blacking out from drinking after they failed that 4th down conversion and didn't kick a field goal. ROFL hahahaha

So glad I stuck to my guns & benched Jefferson in that mess. Question now is how much heat is on O’Connell to get him involved in the offense. Are these 2 QBs so stupid or scared to throw him the ball at least 10x a game? I gotta believe with their next 4 games being WAS, @DAL, @NYG , DET that he gets force fed the ball, right?

I wish I had had the guts to trade him after JJM’s 2nd game. I really thought he’d be getting TDs by now more than the yards. I’m a huge fan, since LSU days, he’s in his prime.

E.  None of the above. Worse than all of them combined. I think he was the first QB with 4 picks in his debut since Nathan Peterman. Can’t be too many others.
