Monangai is in a full RBBC against a tough CLE D, but Hall is playing with the 3rd string QB (and the Jags D has been improving).  I guess you go with Hall and hope that any success the Jets have (if any) are because of Hall.

Harder to know between bad offense/3rd string QB (Hall) or timeshare (Monangai)!  Seems CLE run D not been doing as well of late, so would give a lean to Monangai.
