They’re probably going to get sued and we’ll be on the hook for more taxpayer- funded settlements like I’m sure we’ll see with some of these ICE/CBP arrests. Off the top of my head Theo Von and Sabrina Carpenter have already complained about it.  I saw them using LL Cool J the other day.
