I looked it up.  Apparently there was a clerical error where someone forgot to sign some batches of authorized votes.  There are/we're legal votes, certified by raffensberger.  Nothing to see here.

Must be getting a lot of traction of right wing talk radio.

This simply isn’t true. Much worse than a clerical error.

No it is 100% true.

Furthermore, those 315k ballots were part of the hand recount and certified as valid, meaning the votes counted in the recount matched the tabulator tape that wasn't signed.

This hand recount was also audited.

There is nothing to see here.  You lose.  Good day.

As Biden said, “it’s who COUNTS the votes” that matters.  I think we all should be happy an independent agency is taking a look.

I’m pretty sure you’re thinking of Stalin (his Soviet biography), “I consider it completely unimportant who in the party will vote, or how; but what is extraordinarily important is this — who will count the votes, and how." I’m sure Putin would agree that the votes should be counted in secret by his own minions as well.

Did you even listen to this? He’s talking about “state legislative bodies keep trying to change not just who gets to vote but who gets to count the vote.” Biden was trying to support a bill to preserve the bedrock American tradition of local election boards certifying the vote. It’s Trump who is echoing the Stalin quote provided above.
