I guess I just wouldn’t use the word invasion. To me that means you’re invading to stay. I’m not taking a jab here but like the open border I would call an invasion. You had streams of people coming in that were staying. 
 

There was a bounty on Maduros’s head that multiple administrations both R and D upheld. To me a bounty means you capture this person and bring them to justice. And that’s what occurred here.
