unless the Jets are dumb enough to tag him :(

I would love him on the Chiefs. My Dynasty shares would triple overnight

I could bang the table for Coughlin HOF much louder at moment than for Eli.

Coughlin gets so little backing for it yet is clearly a HOF coach.

Not hard to figure out why. The NY liberal media was trying to run him out of town from the beginning.

Word is Falcons are moving on from Penix because he’s an a hole. That was fast. Malik Willis with them could be deadly.

Chiefs are among the few teams it makes sense to make a major FA RB signing or draft one early. KW3 would be a great add for KC, assuming he isn’t franchised.

I bet they'll make a run at Algiere or Hall if he's not tagged. There's almost no way that Seattle lets KW3 walk after winning Superbowl MVP.

Really? I hadn't heard the character issues.

A lot of rumors saying Seattle might move Jalen Milroe with the Darnold experiment proving successful, and Lock still under contract as a backup.

GM has already said they will use one of their tags on Hall if they don't work out a deal.

And today they traded Jermaine Johnson for a former 2nd round DT.  Woody Johnson's dumpster fire continues to amaze.

They'll still ultimately trade him, he won't be a Jet. What sense does it make to have money tied up in a RB on a team that has no shot at competing?

The tag will be so he doesn't walk

While this could, and should be the case (I'm a big Hall fan but also a realist)... it wouldn't shock me one bit if this organization ties money up into the RB position.

but regardless, my response was to cmh thinking the chiefs would be signing a free agent Hall.

have not seen anything about Penix attitude. Link?  I am interested.

Also interested in why Malik Willis is such a hot commodity after 11 games in 2 seasons with GB. I know he didn;t turn the ball over but also only produces 9? TDs in those 11 games. I guess sitting and learning on a good organization under a smart HC has people thinking about Darnold, who did it in SF before Minny?

I'm with you. I don't think he'll hit free agency but he won't be a Jet either.

They'll tag and work out a trade.

Heard Jason Laconfora talking about it on the radio. Says Penix had to apologize to his teammates a few times about his demeanor on the sidelines.

Eyeball test says Willis is a much better passer than Fields.

A 3rd round draft pick out of Liberty University.

I'm out, a small sample size isn't worth 30.milliom a year starter money

This is sort of why he has a chance still.  Titans took him that year out of Liberty knowing full well he was raw as hell.  Then (a bad franchise at the time and still) gave him no time or real opportunity.   Packers stole him from them for nothing because Titans were already over a guy they knew would take a few years to even know what he has.

I wont sit and say he will live up to what money he gets.  But I think he still has a chance to be a starting QB.  Hes better than a few guys who will be week 1 starters for sure.

Sonny Styles LB Ohio State tearing up the combine. His comp is Calvin Johnson on the measurables.  NYG #5

It really comes down to picking good football players.  If teams do that at a high clip they cant go wrong.

That said, taking an off the ball LBer at 5 is tough to do value wise.

Hard to believe but we are a week away from free agency. Should be a lot of cuts coming down soon. A couple of trades too. AJ Brown to the Patriots is one I’ve heard.

Chiefs released Jawaan Taylor so now everyone can fock off about him jumping early for some other team

49 penalties in 45 games.  41 accepted. Wow. He must have been the only chief getting a flag.

I heard 4th and 7th along with a scrub OL.

Jets tag Breece Hall. He’s not gonna be happy unless they give him a contract. He still might not be happy.

I’d be fine with trading AJB for a late first. He’s a distraction and dogged it at times last year. I’d rather use the cap savings to resign some of the young studs on D, even if it meant having to replace him on O.
