Then (a bad franchise at the time and still) gave him no time or real opportunity. Packers stole him from them for nothing because Titans were already over a guy they knew would take a few years to even know what he has. I wont sit and say he will live up to what money he gets. But I think he still has a chance to be a starting QB. Hes better than a few guys who will be week 1 starters for sure. Quote
