this is the time of year where coaches talk up the backup. say they are gonna give him more play.   or in the case of the raiders they will say they wont use Jeanty as much.

but the reality is you dont sit your best player.   He will get as many reps as he can handle.    I wouldnt discount him significantly

Significantly no, but some yes, he's going to be challenge, and sometimes he won't be the best rb.
