About to head to Mass, then the kids who are in town will spend the day here enjoying good food and good weather. Dinner is our traditional holiday meal of honey-baked ham, Polish kielbasa, homemade paska (aka challa) bread which I got blessed yesterday, and homemade pierogi by wife and daughter. They added some new fillings this time: in addition to traditional potatoes and onions, they mixed into the potatoes (jalapeno and cheddar, early tasting was yum!), and dill and lemon (kinda desserty) I hope you all enjoy this day! 1 2 1 Quote
5-Points Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Happy Easter Jerry! Throwing some filet mignon on the Traeger, the wife is doing a bunch of sides, she said something about maple bacon brussels sprouts. I'm not a fan of brussels sprouts but I am a fan of both maple syrup and bacon so hopefully they can cancel each other out. Quote

He asked about genealogy and i talked to some older relatives; i learned some stuff i hadn't known. Unfortunately they were from a different area of Poland than he visited, but it was fun to investigate. 1 Quote
