BeenHereBefore Posted April 7 Posted April 7 Slaughtered and Focked up good in a hit and run last Thursday morning while it was parked in front of my house. Here is my problem battery was dead all winter and then came one of the big winter storms and was snowed in big time like many on the East Coast. Left the insurance run out but still inspected and registered. Can I still get the one that hit and run my parked car to pay for it? Quote

Still believe it's my neighbors garbage company that hit it! My Other Neighbor thinks the same and he brought it up and I'm like think it was the Garbage Company all weekend. Regardless the cool take away is I got to talk to my neighbor that has been here for like 2 or 3 years next door and like the dude! Quote

I'd day there's very little chanvev the people who hit your car had insurance. I've been in at least two accidents that weren't my fault, the people who hit me didn't have insurance and both my insurance had to cover my loss. Quote

The Elevator Killer Posted April 7 Posted April 7 I had a city ambulance sideswipe my car so hard that it got stuck to my car. It looked like someone took a giant can opener to the passenger doors. I got lucky because when the police question my next door neighbors they had a video of it. The ambulance was leaving their house so they were out side and filmed the whole thing. The city paid for the repairs and gave me a rental car. I got very lucky. Good luck. 1 Quote

In Maryland, if you let the insurance run out but don't return the plates, they start fining you and it increases every month. They don't do that in PA? Quote
