Yates was sentenced to six months in prison for participating in the Jan. 6, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol, in which supporters of President Trump stormed the Capitol building in an attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 election. Yates was later pardoned by the president.

“Well, we’re not giving him a blanket pardon,” Judd said. “He got away with it in the federal system, but not here.”

When Alex Pretti kicked the lights off that ICE car, he did worse than 99% of the J6ers and should have been in jail the same as the ones that assaulted cops. Instead they let him go free. Had he been in jail where he richly deserved, he wouldn't have been standing in the street a few days later impeding ICE operations when the incident that ended with his death occured.

This is a complete lie.  There were 169 turds who assaulted cops that received full and complete pardons, including Daniel Ball who threw an explosive device at federal officers, who was held pretrial for 18 months, and was fully pardoned before his trial.  Ball was later arrested on a weapons charge, which was of course dropped

Anyone who only got a commutation, like Enrique Tarrio, is now being processed for full pardon by the DOJ.  Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years for Sedition, only serving less than 3, before his commutation.  He is suing you and me for $100 Million and will likely win.

More lies, or ignorance.  Enrique Tarrio led an attack on the historic African Methodist Episcopal Church.  The million dollars wasn't a fine for burning a banner, it was a legal judgement after the church sued Tarrio which included punitive damages.  He never paid the judgement and the church now owns the Proud Boys trademark.

This incident is separate from his coordination on Jan 6 and has no bearing on his pardon or deserving of it.  You are correct that he was not at the Capitol on Jan 6.  He was at a nearby hotel giving the orders to occupy and not leave in order to stop the election certification and that is what he was charged with, found guilty and sentenced for.

Putting Tarrio aside are you at least willing to admit that you lied about all of the thugs that beat cops serving 4 years and not getting full pardons?
