seafoam1 Posted Wednesday at 04:54 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:54 PM What a pansy. Definitely a liberal. The Black Crowes are facing backlash after shutting down a patriotic chant mid-concert. During the band's show in Tampa, Florida, over the weekend, a screen reportedly displayed the Black Crowes' mascot dressed as Uncle Sam, prompting members of the crowd to break into "U.S.A." chants, according to TMZ. Robinson allegedly responded, "Thanks for the geography lesson," before adding, "I don't know what you have to be so proud of right now." The response drew boos from the crowd and prompted some concertgoers to walk out before the show ended. In videos circulating online, Robinson can be heard saying, "Some of us have real faith. For those of you f---ing booing us, some of us are not afraid. And we most assuredly are not f---ing ignorant." Quote

Freedom of speech has it's drawbacks. It could get your ass kicked one day if it hasn't already. And people may not trust you if you misuse it. And a whole lot of other things. Lol it’s not going to have anything to do with Trump. These things are always cyclical and always will be. And it’s not 100% policy driven. I think our attention span in this country is so short we don’t want to see the same person talking for eighth straight years anymore. We don’t wanna wait for the second term for things to happen. People are kind of fed up on both sides so we want who will do the most the fastest. Our priorities are just different. And take it back to what? Crippling inflation? Higher taxes,? Countries around the world thinking we’re a bunch of pussies? And open borders again? Wait, wait wait let me guess back when we were more empathetic and caring, right? Again, and I don’t know how you guys separate factual information but you wanna link it all together like it’s the exact same kind of inflation when a third grader could see that two very very different things caused it. One is the temporary result of protecting not only ourselves but our allies against an aggressor that nobody has dealt with but agreed it should be dealt with for almost 50 years and that’s on both sides. I’m also running a note for all his hand ringing about inflation not only does the market not reflect it but spending also doesn’t really reflect it. The last three months it’s grown at a normal rate as far as consumer spending. I don’t care what a confidence poll says. People can be mad about how much things cost and they’re still going to buy them. Liberal inflation was caused by this obsession with closing things down schools, businesses, filling kids skate parks with sand out in California or wood blocks on basketball hoops in New York and then flooding the country with cash that even Democrats said shouldn’t have been done it would cause inflation but Joe did it anyway. These two things are not even in the same stratosphere Quote

I've heard that urban legend before, you should try to come up with something more original: AI Overview This is a widely circulated internet parable and a modern American Urban Legend rather than a specific, documented real-world news event. The story frequently circulates on social media or in community forums as a classic tale of petty neighborhood disputes, usually ending with the neighbor purchasing an even larger flag to make a point about free speech. The narrative usually follows this pattern: The Conflict: A neighbor (often characterized as an overly sensitive or complaining type) asks someone to take down their American flag, claiming it is offensive, tacky, or violates an unwritten rule. The Escalation: The person flying the flag refuses to remove it. The Payoff: In defiance, the homeowner goes out and replaces the original flag with a significantly larger one, or adds multiple additional flags to their property. Quote

Yes, because we’ve never seen those videos where liberals are outraged simply by an American flag. Here’s the first one I found after literally three seconds of searching. I’d like to add that the conservative with the flag that was getting attacked by multiple dopes ended up housing like three of these guys. Which was not shocking. https://www.facebook.com/share/1Ed2M5aro4/?mibextid=wwXIfr JFC Quote

Engorgeous George Posted Wednesday at 08:23 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:23 PM Upon moving into a new neighborhood last fall I started meeting neighbors as I did work about the place. I first met the husband of the couple behind us and up a hill oveerlooking us. Nice guy. He asked whether I fly a flag. I told him we generally do on Memorial day, the 4th of July, and Veterans day. I joked that I forget to do so on Flag day as who remembers Flag day. We then changed the subject to the names of our respective wives and his dogs. A few days later I met the next neighbor up the hill. Same question, do we fly a flag. Well at that point I realized I had walked into some sort of dispute so I kept my answer short. That night I told my wife. We decided to walk the neighborhood to see what we could see. Apparently there wa a "Flag war" going on. Around half the houses were displaying the American flag and some supplimented with the POW/MIA flag and I saw a couple of Marine Corp flags flying as well. The other half were flying rainbow flags. No houses were without some flag being displayed. Thus far we have not flown a flag. I do note this beats my old neighborhood where one guy about four blocks away use to fly at least a dozen Trump flags. No America flags, just blue Trump flags. I found that a visual distraction and I imagined it invited vandalism but I never talked to the guy so who knows. Turns out the guy directly behind us was a rainbow flag guy. He has a very attractive mixed race wife. We have had them over for cocktails. When I fly a flag I intend to break the cycle. I am going to be flying a Green Bay Packer flag, but only on Packer home games. Quote

It is a fact that it is an urban legend that has been around for years. Look it up with another browser and see if you can get a different answer. People have American flags in their yards or on their homes in every city in America. It strains credulity that in this day and age a neighbor would have an issue with it unless it violated some owner's association rule or a local ordinance. 1 Quote
