Decided after both Rice and Nabers were taken that I would double up on the Ravens' combo of Flowers and Jackson. I probably needed to grab two WRs at this turn, but Jackson's upside was just too good to pass up and I'll load up on WRs later on. This gives me Bijan, Lamar, and McBride and I love the volatility of that.

It's a good stack, though, and Lamar had fallen as far as he could/should, really.

Solid squad.

Still haven't heard from RLLD, so I'm making his pick in Round 5. Jameson has been very good in this scoring format this last two seasons. #Value.

You think? Geez. Ray certainly can't complain about the two picks you made for him. Stellar.

McConkey was the player I wrestled with at 5.05.  I hate to admit this but in a real draft, he is 100% my pick in the 5th. I absolutely let the lack of waivers/trades in the resulting No Hassle push me more toward Henderson so i'm not picking at scraps for depth, hoping to get lucky.  Don't get me wrong, I didn't drop way down my board to pick Henderson over Ladd but in a regular redraft league I am more likely to select Ladd, Garrett Wilson or Davante Adams in that spot.

McConkey . . . and Waddle.  *sigh*

Oh, well, I'll take Price, and secure a position I'm often limited at.

RBs this draft...

Definitely should have gone RB/RB to start. But if Evans is healthy, he could have a big bounce back in the SF offense.

Tyler Warren solidifies my TE position. I expect to see a TE run in the next couple rounds and didn't want to be on the wrong side.

I probably will regret taking Price, as it leaves me thin at WR, but given the nature of this draft, he was actually the more logical pick.

I was hoping Watson would make it back to me….

Yeah, the chances were slim. If I hadn't taken Price, he might have gone there. If you didn't steal McConkey from me, you might have gotten him . . . :)

Sorry for the delay.  Tomorrow I will be in a place where I can have access all day.

So far I think Fumble and Robb have a really great start to this thing, followed by shovel

That is so kind of you Ray. I appreciate the feedback and your compliment.

Worm is a west coaster, so once he arrives for the morning, we should be able to roll off some picks...

Drafters 1-6 are all lurking this morning

I wanted Luther Burden but got snipe the pick right before me.  I'll settle for Odunze though.  One of them, or maybe both, should have a great season.

I considered Burden at the 6.2, but decided I really didn't want THAT much commitment with that stack after taking Loveland.

I wondered when these two would go. Literally the next two WRs left on my list, and have been for a few . .  .

The WR run has really hurt the quality of my next two picks. Maybe I should have not taken Lamar...time will tell.

Not purposely intending to make life for Fumble any worse......I needed my third WR and Metcalf is the main starter for Pittsburg and Rodgers, so, I took him.

I will be out for a couple of hours. No big deal as far as picks are concerned, but updates to the threads will be delayed a bit.

Someone may need to call/text Ray to let him know this

Is it time to simply move on and leave the 7.03 slot empty?

Mike typically likes to make the hard decisions about what to do in situations like this. I think at some point we would need to vacate the pick, move on, and allow Ray to fill it in as soon as he shows up. But, we're not there yet and it's not my call.
