shadrap Posted July 2 Posted July 2 9 hours ago, Voltaire said: I honestly don't know the story of whatever the Jewish community did (or allegedly did) to rile up the Nazis in Weimar days but I suppose real instances of rape would have been a great way to set them off. What's been going on in Britain and the rest of Europe in the last ten years since Angela Merkel flooded the EU with migrants has been an ongoing demographic disaster due to the failure/unwillingness of a large number of migrants to assimilate. The people there are getting more and more fed up with having to live that way. The Jews in Germany and the rest of Europe were already well assimilated as they'd had hundreds of years and countless generations living there beforehand, and were far more likely to be the victims of crimes and discrimination rather than the offenders (or so it seems to me). The anti-Semitism was real. Jews also had good education and jobs. This is not the case today. These migrants are massively disproportionally male, unskilled, and prone to crime and leeching off the welfare state. Europe is just now waking up to how big a problem has been foisted on them by their corporate globalist overlords in Brussles, who have zero regard for the customs and traditions of the various European populations they are supposed to represent. Somewhere recently posted, there was a video, and whatever trust the source, which seems believable but if in doubt is certainly verifiable, comparing the rates of rapes in Britain, France, Germany, and Poland over the last 20 years. There have been upwards of 5x more rapes in Britain, France, and Germany over the last 20 years while Poland by contrast, which kept migrants out, rapes were cut in half in that time frame. So it's real problem, not largely imaginary BS, like the accusations against the 1930 German Jews. And the solution isn't "the final solution"... it's "go home, here's a ticket." Yep. Great post. Current immigration is not helping our great nation. It is bringing it down Quote

You add in what has happened to Scott Wiener, the coffee shop with Dan Goldman. These events aren't one offs, they are occurring frequently and will continue to do so. Strongly disagree with almost all of what you wrote here. The left as a whole has no issue with Jewish people, there are probably more Jewish people on the left than the right. Sure there are some antisemites on the left but nearly all of the criticism is truly about Israel and not Judaism (and the right has a bigger problem with true antisemitism). Both the Scott Wiener pride parade incident (and obviously I’m not excusing assault), and the Goldman coffee shop incident were inspired by anti-Zionism, not antisemitism. Wiener mentioned another incident at a bar which was actually antisemitic, but not clear if that was from a lib or not. Of course Wiener has been the victim of multiple threats from right wingers as well - (https://www.yahoo.com/news/california-state-sen-scott-wieners-215812080.html) Someone on the right did get a pass for being a self described Nazi. R’s nominated him for Governor of NC and still let him run after the story came out. Over 2 million people voted for him. I’ve said this to @jerryskids as he’s done it, but what’s really antisemitic, is people that assume Jewish people in America should support the actions of the Israeli government and military. There’s a growing number that don’t. Quote

And it is certainly growing in popularity on the right as well of course, albeit moreso with the voters themselves. I’m sure you’ll point to Massie losing to claim they’re not, but when it comes to support of Israel nationally, it’s largely just old fart Republicans that are left in that camp. Quote
