Not sure, came home yesterday and the AC was running but it was 93 in the house, trobleshot some things and narrowed it down to a faulty wire running to the outside fan making it run nonstop even when the inside unit is off or a freon leak. Just needed some refrigerant and rebalancing but similar issues to yours. It was 82 by the thermostat and over 90 in my daughter's room that gets the sun in the afternoon. HVAC work is big money. I have a builder friend who has a grandson that he says if he doesn't go to regular college he's going to start him up in HVAC work and small business. Quote

Oh yeah. 6 figures without any student loan debt. College is great but it's not the path for some people. I hate that shop class has pretty much disappeared from H.S..
