12 rounds.  I was thinking there has to be a formulaic approach with regard to the league size.

Draft Buddy (our custom cheat sheet and draft tracker in Excel) would account for that based on league size and starters at each position, but I wouldn't say it is an easy formula for me to get into - especially since it is late here right now. ha ha.

For simplicity, you want the Top 225 of Mike's to be more tailored for 16 teams ... QB value goes up perhaps, since there are more required starters for your league than most, and they are the one position that can get scarce. I think you'd put a little more emphasis on securing a good QB than we would in say, a 12-team league where streaming is more viable. RB a little more premium relative to WR. I'd probably put a little less emphasis on TE relative to RB or WR because you need to fill those RB/WR spots and it gets tougher in a deeper league.
