Dan Sez 0 Posted December 14, 2004 Reverse Rank Order for waivers in March and Draft in June Forty Acres Goldilocks Zone Freeze Fightn' Whities Mountain Madness Chaos Theory Low Level Owls Jed's Clamp It Blitzen Bombers borg0403 Red October Dark Side of the Moon In the first round of the 2004 playoffs Dark Side vs Blitzen Bombers Red October vs borg0403 Dark Side and Red October have tie break advantages, I believe (the pseudo home field - if a tie) Note When do we want to determine the Random Shifting of the August draft? We can post the random dice poles here and set the whole draft for next year before the trade window opens back up if everyone wishes instead of waiting for Feb. Recall the two blocks of 4 randomize and shift in the August draft Forty/Goldi/Freeze/Fightn' randomize and take slots 5 to 8 in August Mountain/Chaos/Low/Jed randomize and take slots 1 to 4 in August. The playoff teams remain in their slots. Example: Dark gets 1.12 / 2.12 / 3.1 / 4.12 / 5.1 / 6.12 June 1.12 / 2.1 / 3.12 / 4.1 / 5.12 / 6.1 August Congratulations to all the owners. Thanks for an exciting season.

Pale Rider 0 Posted December 14, 2004 Congrats to all the winners! Good job on a good season, the season was a tight race for a lot of teams, the league seems to be in a good balance and I am already looking forward to next year...hopefully I can gain 5+ wins on my record like I did this year! (DREAM BIG!!! ) Also, Is there anyway we could have a combined league info sent to us, I would like to compare last year to this one....don't know if that is possible or not...curious, just looking for trends! (the start at least I know it has only been two seasons)

Blitzen 0 Posted December 14, 2004 Half my team will be in street clothes while the other half have brutal matchups. I'm owned. One week too late it would seem. That's OK though. Now I get to knock off HC.
Dan Sez 0 Posted December 14, 2004 Half my team will be in street clothes while the other half have brutal matchups. I'm owned. right LT rolling thru Cleveland, the biggest danger here is that the team gets so far ahead they rest your boy. Drougns vs Kansas City, an important Divisional game needed to stay in the playoff hunt and KC coming off of a Monday night upset, smells like a big week for Denver - gets well on the road.... while my main guy E.James rolls into Baltimore (yikes) and Thomas Jones is still gimping on a bad team. Hog Chow 0 Posted December 14, 2004 That's OK though. Now I get to knock off HC. C'mon now Blitz...you can't be serious! I appreciate your half-hearted attempt at being all tough but that just cracks me up! Too much Labatt's perhaps? Besides, don't you have to get with all of the other reindeer and practice for the big night? :rudolphglowingrednosesmilie:

(the start at least I know it has only been two seasons) RTSports retains each season's stats in some form also you can look back at player data for the years we are playing - a nice selling point for continuing the league at the same site.. under Archives you can see total points scored, weekly game results, final standing and final rosters from 2003. Under Reports > Top Players, you can get info for the past 3-4 years.

whoisjgalt 0 Posted December 20, 2004 It looks like Blitzen vs Dan Sez for the title. Blitzen has clinched his advancement to the title game. Dan Sez just needs to have Sammy Morris not outscore Tom Brady & Randy McMichael by almost 18 points. Congrats to both (or to Orgazmo instead of Dan Sez if something remarkable happens). Blitzen 0 Posted December 20, 2004 Good timing for my biggest score of the year. much better timing than Next Week. So you're already assuming you're in? Dan Sez never saw Sammy Morris' 6 TD performance coming
Dan Sez 0 Posted December 20, 2004 Anything is possible. Not probable, but possible. It would have to be a 5 or 6 TD night for Morris to beat me now unless Brady slips on a soap bar doing the Shrubby with McMichaels in some sicko sadomasachistic secret Republican sex scandal. (Just about as likely) I'm bummed - should have started Joey Harrington. I would take his 32 points now and just shut up if I could. Harrington has been weaving on and off my cut list all year. Now he is teasing me, tempting me to play him just to insure my General Managership Ire in cutting his butt in Feburary.

whoisjgalt 0 Posted January 3, 2005 Dec 30th edition of Free Agency I got one message from Freeze Bid 1 QB John Navarre(AZ) Bid 1 WR Alvis Whitted(OAK) Bid 1 RB BJ Askew(NYJ) who, did you get a copy? I will process it tomorrow - time is out of sorts. So sorry for not notifying you of my holidays away from home plans. I was unable to get online from XMas Eve through yesterday - except for a quick weather check midweek last week. I got that one email and none other.
Dan Sez 0 Posted January 7, 2005 No problem. And this week there were no email messages. So the free agency season is now over. ---- I have been sick since right after Christmas with the flu. I wanted to spend some time this past weekend working of stuff for the league but instead I was whipped with 100 degree fevers and body aches, congestion, inability to sleep or sit up or lay down or walk around or anything but be miserable.
