Many of you know what the Interboard Fantasy League is. FFToday goes up against other Fantasy Boards/Websites for bragging rights with 12 FFT teams vying against 12 teams from 4 other FF sites. League started in 2001.

We need a new teammate as one had to drop out this year and drafts start next week. If you want to find out more or be a part of our team at FFToday, please reply in this thread. The IBL is a blast, but does require steady commitment, though hardly overwhelming.

Denver is one of the best teams in the league. With a top-tier Defense, they should be in line for plenty of RB fantasy points. The situation is currently muddied and hard to figure. The incumbent JK Dobbins is always hurt. RJ Harvey had a golden opportunity to run away with the job, but only averaged 3.7 yards a carry, and they just drafted a 4th rd rookie with promise in Jonah Coleman. The odds are one of these guys will be a top 20-25 fantasy RB, but which one? Anyone have any insight on this murky situation?

10 man redraft full ppr non keeper and we play 1qb 1D and 6 flex spots. I got pick 2. Bijan seems the way to go but Chase or Puka always an option as wrs in this league fly off the board. So I’d be looking at a bijan/AJ brown or collins with my first two picks or a chase or Puka /walker or chase or Puka /Collins combo for first two rds.

CMC, I get it. Age and injury history.

But what about Jonathan Taylor? He’s 27, so still in that prime age for RBs that are big bruising backs. No signs of regression last year. The Colts seem to be getting better and have a top 5 offensive line according to most “experts” I’ve read. Finally, Daniel Jones is on track to start the season and will likely not be allowed to run as much considering his injuries last year - that’s 5 rushing TDs.

Just curious why Taylor isn’t in that top two discussion? I think he is for me now.

Seems like a wide range of opinions on him for 2026. I play in keeper leagues on both ESPN & CBS platforms, and ESPN and their experts don’t seem to be as high on him.

He was looking like a breakout guy in 2025 before the injury. Assuming that’s healed and he’s good to go, I’ve got him in that 2nd tier, behind Bowers & McBride, and on par with Loveland & Warren. Too optimistic?

Interpreting offseason news reports is a bit of an art. I call it "damning with faint praise season" No one ever says anyone sucks. But there's levels to it. If you're an established vet or rookie with high expectations, the reports tend to be more mellow unless they're absolutely cooking. If it's a player that is on the roster bubble, coaches like to blow a ton of smoke about them.

So what you need to look for is a steady drum beat of good information. In Mendoza's case it seems to be a steady drum beat of luke warm information and that says to me he's on a JAG trajectory.

Recurring theme seems to be he has more command of the offense, but what concerns me about the way it's always written is how it's compared to the mini-camps where it appears he didn't know anything about the offense. Couple that with the Raiders already naming Cousins the starter and the Raiders clearly aren't seeing a lot from Mendoza.

I did see some fan poll saying he'd be a top 10 QB by like week 6 or some nonsense.

In an environment where everyone likes to glaze everything athletes do, it's surprising to me that there isn't much glazing going on so far.

hey guys, just thought I'd get some input from you guys.

Nabers had torn his ACL late last season and has now had a cleanup procedure on his knee. not that that is uncommon or anything but it makes me feel like he should be avoided for this year in redraft.

typically an ACL takes 18 months to heal fully anyway. and he injured his fairly late in the year. so I'm thinking hes likely not worth drafting in redraft leagues until next year.

anyhow, figured I'd poll the group and see if there are any other opinions on the matter. I'd especially like to see something from Jrokh. hes a giants homer but I have found him to be fairly unbiased and even somewhat critical of his own team (which to me makes his opinion valuable as far as homers go)

Here's how I'm looking at it. What was the problems the Chiefs had last year? It wasn't the defense. They ranked 6th in points against and the prior year they were 4th. That side of the ball isn't the problem. I'm not saying Pat Mahomes "IS" the problem either. What I'm saying, is that Pat Mahomes is the problem. Not him the player/person, but him, the contract. Here's the deal. Mahomes is a $78M cap hit this year and the Chiefs are $56M over the cap right now, so it makes sense on restructuring and kicking the can down the road. The thing is, because they've been doing this for 3 (4? 5?), years now to where his cap hit for 2027 is already at $74M, so they can't push much more to next year (if they do, that's going to be what, a $90M cap hit?), they'll have to add it to 2028 to 2031, which are all, currently over $40M (the least year being over $48M). On top of that, Kelce isn't what he once was and he's a free agent. He can leave this season (or retire). Side note, Mahomes has $120M in voidable years money in 2032 & 2033 ($60M each).

If the Chiefs trade Mahomes, he will be a net, $57M cap hit. So, why not trade him now? I know, the ACL, I get it. So what? Mahomes' base pay the next 2years is $45M, but the next 4 are $18M, $8M, $31M & $38M. With roster bonuses over the next 6 years, Mahomes will cost the team trading for him:
2026 $56
2027 $52
2028 $26
2029 $34
2030 $45
2031 $47

In today's NFL, that's not bad. Especially since a team trading for him, can release him after the 2029 season and not pay those last 2 seasons. Trade him now and take the $57M cap hit and not worry about it.

Teams that I think could be in the market would be teams that have young QB's with question marks, but a good supporting cast... like Minnesota, Carolina, and Atlanta. Imagine pairing up Mahomes and Jefferson. That's not worth a trade venture? How about Carolina? They have a decision to make about Young, on whether to pick up his 5th year option. Well, you have a good OLine, a couple of young 1st WR's you just invested in over the last 2 seasons and 2 decent RB's. Atlanta has Robinson and London. McCarthy, Young, and Penix are all guys that could be included in a trade to give the Chiefs (and Reid), a new start... or at least a starting point. Now, the cost would be more than just those young QB's because they are question marks, but it would reduce the draft pick compensation.

The presence of Brown and free agent acquisition Romeo Doubs would seem to lower the odds of the Patriots making another long-term investment in a wideout while also working against Boutte having a big year in New England.

The New York Giants are signing veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. following a workout with the team, they announced on social mediaMonday.

The announcement confirmed a previous report from NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo. Beckham, along with three other veteran wideouts, worked out for the club Monday after veteran receiver Gunner Olszewski sustained a season-ending Achilles tear last week.

The 33-year-old Beckham did not play in the NFL last season.

Beckham played the first five years of his career with the Giants after being selected 12th overall by the club in the 2014 NFL Draft. He dazzled immediately, making highlight grabs en route to a 1,305-yard, 12 touchdown rookie season. His leaping one-handed grab that season still stands up as one of the game’s most legendary catches.

That performance in 2014 was strong enough for Beckham to win the Rookie of the Year award that season.

His strong production continued over the next handful of seasons. Beckham topped 1,000 receiving yards in four of his five seasons with the franchise, his only blip coming when he was limited to just four games in 2017 due to an ankle injury.

I think so. I suspect there is a decent chance he has played his last game as an Eagle.

I'm thinking he may have worn out his welcome in Philly.

Kenneth Walker for me. He's never proven to be a full time back and often injured. I also think Emmett Johnson will play a pretty big role there, especially around the goal line. He's RB 14 (PPR) and that feels awfully high to me.

Rashee Rice at WR 8, no thanks

Jayden Daniels at QB3. I don't think he'll ever get through a season healthy again.

Travis Kelce at TE9. I'd rather take a shot later on Likely, Andrews or Kittle if you're willing to be patient.

	Who do you think?
