Do you have a flex position that you can start a 3rd RB? If so, I think I would do it. Then you would have Fred Jackson over Daniel Thomas in that position. You can still start Julio Jones in Megatron's spot so that's not as big of a drop off. I would definitely go for McCoy if you can get him, but getting Jackson is not a bad trade either. Murray and Jacobs are good as long as their platoon partners are injured, but if Felix Jones and Ahmad Bradshaw come back, it's back to splitting carries again. Would you make this trade? I have Gronkowski as my TE who is on bye this week. I'm starting nobody at that position because it's not worth dropping anyone for a TE spot. That's just my opinion. If you plan on dropping a decent RB or WR to get a TE bye week fill in, I don't think it's worth it. Also, I've never drafted a TE before the 12th round and I've never traded for a TE. My rule is that the position is filled in the round just before Kicker and Team Defense. Funny thing is that I've had Tony Gonzalez and Antonio Gates on my teams before in the past...Gates was my second to last pick one year and ended up being the top TE the following year. It's such a random position in my opinion.

Because Garrard has back problems, NFL Network just made a comment that the Vikings may trade McNabb to the Raiders since Ponder is likely their starter going forward. They also mentioned that Trent Green is under consideration. If those two don't work out, then I suppose it will have to be Jeff George.

I read somewhere that the Cowboys were looking to trade Choice. I've picked up Murray in my league last week and think he's better going forward as he's the future. However, if they trade Choice to a team needing a starting RB, then maybe both would be good to pickup.
