Each owner pays dues of $20 per season . Each team has 35 players at the beginning of the season and when the season starts it goes down to 30 players . Weekly starters are 1-QB,2-RB,2-WR,1-TE,1-K,2-DL,2-LB,2-DB =13 starters .
