Yeah, he doesn't have the look of an every down back but Kubiak has not hesitated to give him the rock on the goal line and he is heavily involved in all passing situations...moreover, he has been a decent play in ppr leagues even when the matchup is tough (excluding the Ravens game of course)... They said the same things about Westbrook, i.e. he's too small, just a third down or "change of pace" back, etc...but then Reid realized Westbrook was by far his best player at the position....I believe this has/will happen in Houston and he will get even more of the workload going forward...what's even more positive to me is that he has not gotten the nicks and bruises that Westbrook always seemed to get....hitting the rookie wall is different then not being durable in my opinion.... Anyway, I guess we'll see what happens in the offseason in terms of them getting another back to complement him....that will ultimately determine his value going forward...

What do you all think of Slaton as a keeper?? I recently traded for him in my two player keeper league by giving up Thomas Jones and actually got some flack for making a "not so great" trade...

Well the Pats just put Maroney on IR...this does not affect tonight because no one expected him to play but going forward I think Morris has underrated value....

I got Tampa's D late in my draft and looks like I will have to go with them as my other D is Indy and they are not looking too promising with Sanders out...

I just traded LT to the Sproles owner in our league...I packaged him with Ray Rice, Steve slaton and Santonio Holmes for MBIII, Felix Jones, Darren McFadden and Marvin Harrison....I did this last Friday night before Fargas got hurt... But I don't think I could get this much value today...

Yeah, but after week 4 his schedule loosens up greatly....he gets Indy, Miami and Detroit before the bye...I think by that time he would have gotten his feet under him, Green will be an afterthought, and we will get to see what he has... I drafted him late hoping to get a good 3/4 rb and was pleased with the carries split last week..it was a sign of things to come...now we have to wait and see if Taylor will steal gl carries... Here's to a breakout game!!

As a long time Skins homer I am pessimistic hoping to be persuaded that this is a good thing but there are several more cons then there are pros PROS JT is the best defensive lineman the Redksins have ever had.... CONS He is 33 turning 34 and thinking about retirement...as they say, once you start thinking about retirement you are retired He is a pass rushing right defensive end filling in for a run stopping left end...we already have one highway 99 in Andre Carter and teams run right at him...teams will now be able to run at both sides of our line....don't get me wrong, Taylor is an outstanding end but he played in the AFC east not the NFC east...Barber, Westbrook and Jacobs are coming and I don't know who is gonna stop em... This moves feels panicky...if this deal was able to be made so quickly now, who is to say it would not have been there a month from now...Vinny does not know how to bargain....Miami wanted a first in April, they wanted a second in July, what would they have wanted in August...plus, can't we wait to see what we have at the position before we make a move....see TJ Duckett Lastly, I will never walk away from my computer thinking "Wow, Vinny sure did hose the Tuna"...it just doesn't work that way and us Skins homers know it... Yeah, the crank scores led me to getting Addai, Edge and for that matter Jamal Lewis too....CHAMPIONSHIP!!! But the prognostications also led to me getting Darrel Jackson...can't win em all huh WILDMAN:) Anyway, WILDMAN...will you be updating the rankings based on CRANK throughout the summer like you did last year or is it a one shot deal??

My major problem with this situation is that I thought we were aiming towards continuity...and the events of the last few days means we were lied to again by Danny and "one-eyed" Vinny.... If you intended to seperate yourself from everything Gibbs had established over the last four years, then say so....but don't tell me you want to keep things going smoothly and then as soon as Gibbs gets on a plane to Charlotte you fire his two coordinators and replace them without even hiring a head coach or a real GM.... It's like Dan and Vinny couldn't wait for Gibbs to leave so they could be back in charge playing fantasy football.... And what did Saunders ever do that was so bad....is Zorn supposed to be better than him?? and most importantly, is Jason Campbell cut out to be a quaterback in a classic West Coast offense....my undeducated eyes say no...I think his skill set and Matt Hasselbeck's skill set are quite different.... Too bad us Skins fans will have to put up with Danny for the rest of our lives....
