The commish is trying to determine the 3&4 seed in one of my leagues, I am one of the teams on the bubble. All three of these teams have the same winning percentage, but team C has two ties. Who do you think is in? Rule state playoffs come down to: Record Head to Head Total Points Team A record 8-5 head to head wins against both B & C, highest points Team B record 8-5 no head to head wins, lowest points Team C record 7-4-2 head to head win over B, middle points

I have cleveland as my ST/D in one league where they score for return yards. The last two weeks they have been sucking because of the lack of return yards. I haven't got to see any of the Cleveland games this year and was just wondering if teams have stopped kicking to Cribbs, or if he has just had two bad weeks? Thanks
-
He was sucking, no thanks to our special teams though, so they have Jeff Webb returning kickoffs and Eddie Kennison returning punts. Also it was rumored that he flipped off the fans when they booed him after another terrible return, so it may be also due to that. But overall it is unlikely that he will return anything the rest of the year.

Start Crayton vs. NE or Jennings vs. WASH?
tmoney1224 replied to drewtangdmb's topic in A Little Help!
Just saw this on Jennings today: Oct 10 Pete Dougherty, of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, reports Green Bay Packers WR Greg Jennings (hamstring, shoulder) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 10. His status for Week 6 is uncertain. Jennings' shoulder injury is more of a concern than his hamstring injury. So I would probably start Crayton Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=295045 -
I like it, I think you have plenty of depth at rb (may need some WR help in the future) and I think LT's numbers will continue to improve. I would do this trade Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=295045

I am also starting Seattle's Defense this week and am pretty happy about the matchup (who'd of thought I'd say that going into the year) As for your WR I think it is between Jennings and A. Davis. (Curry just doesn't get as many of the looks when Culpepper is in there) If Jennings is good to play I would start him, but I think he is still pretty questionable at this point. I have heard A. Johnson still isn't going to play this week so I would probably go with Davis. Thanks for your help on mine

I like Warner this week, and I haven't heard if Boldin is back. I don't think he practiced yesterday. Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=295045

Not a chance, Colston is garbage at this point (I know, I have him) and TO will get plenty of touches. AD and FWP are almost a wash. I second the NO WAY Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=295045

Out of that list I would probably go with Wynn if I actually needed someone to play and not just someone I stash in case of injuries. Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=295045

My team is getting killed with all the injuries and just bad play by my Wideouts. Someone just offered me B. Edwards for A. Boldin, and I am thinking about taking it. What do you think? My Team QB: McNabb, Schaub RB: Alexander, Portis, Norwood, C. Taylor, Wynn WR: Harrison, Colston, Boldin, Berrrian, Curtis, James Jones D: Indi K: Reed PPR league, standard scoring start QB, 2RB, 3WR/TE, D, K

All mid-season rule changes should go to a vote, no matter how big or small. I had a similar situation happen to me in a friendly (no money, just bragging rights) league, where they changed the scoring of the QBs points. Switch it from .5 yard per point to 2 yards per point, a huge difference. I thought scoring was strange to start with, but since it was the very first year, didn't really question it. After he changed I emailed him, pretty pissed off, and said that it is not right to change the rules in the season without a vote. His response was that he set it up wrong in the beginning. Worst part is it affected the games retroactively and changed scores for two games, and two teams lost after they had already won. Pretty ridiculous and if I had paid money to play I would have quit. So in conclusion, ALL MID SEASON RULE CHANGES GO TO VOTE, NO EXCEPTIONS

One of the owners in my league dropped him too. I scooped him up immediately, but I only had to drop Jacoby Jones to get him. I would drop just about any of those guys for him.

I have the same pair of QBs (McNabb dropped to the 7th and I had to take him) and am not sure who I want to start this first week. Who you going with?

Best way to gain an advantage drafting last?
tmoney1224 replied to ppierce's topic in A Little Help!
I am usually a beliver in the RB/RB theory, but this year I draft near the end in my big money league and am definetly considering going RB/WR. It depends on what RBs are still available at the turn, but I think the RBs you get in the 2nd are pretty comparable to the ones you get in the 3rd and 4th this year. And the thought of having one of those top tier WR is really looking appealing. I am definately going to go based on value this year, not just the knee-jerk have to go RB/RB like I usually do.
