Part of me agrees that Bush will get a lot of touches. But I don't see how you can sit a white-hot Smith Sr. against the Colts secondary. Marshall and Smith.
-
Is it time to pull the trigger and start Sankey vs. CLE? Do you think they'll finally give him the right amount of touches? Or do I go chalk and start Bradshaw vs. BAL even though they insist on trotting Richardson out there? Right now I'm 3-1, but I'm in a divisional matchup and I can ill afford to lose this week. Which is the smarter play?
-
Just realized that Wright can't be dropped, since he just played last night. Ugh, guess I either drop Taliaerro or stand pat until the week's done. Thanks anyway for the help.
-
Yeah, I'm tempted to gamble on Dez and Brown staying healthy. Dez is a bit riskier in that dept, but I think I can chance it, considering Wright isn't any better than the other available wideouts. And yes, only 12 roster spots. 14-team league makes the waiver pool very shallow. But it also keeps everyone on their toes.
-
I could possibly drop Taliaferro, but I'd like to hold onto him just a little longer. I might drop Wright, since MIN's offense seems out of sorts currently, but that would leave me without any WR backups.
-
If it's just for Austin, don't bother dropping Thomas. It's not like you're starting Thomas any time soon with Miller on your bench, and Austin is not worth the roster spot. If you can get someone with more upside, then go for it. Maybe someone like Davante Adams or Austin Seferian-Jenkins (I'm kinda down on Witten at this point). Hope that helps.

I like Tate. Better matchup than Hurns and Garçon, and a little more opportunity than Cooks. Hope that helps.
-
I trust CIN offense a lot more than whatever has become of NE. Hawkins for sure.

Agree with piya. Jackson.

Everybody and their mother is proclaiming this is the week that Sankey fulfills the prophecy. Which means he'll either underperform grossly or get injured in the first quarter. That said, I'm a believer. I have him as my RB3 and I'm considering starting him over Bradshaw. If you buy into the collapse of the Pats, then get Hill. There will be plenty of touches for him even if/when Bernard goes off.
-
I already have Delanie Walker, and I'm thinking of putting in a bid for Austin Seferian-Jenkins and dropping the oft-injured Reed. I'm just tired of waiting around for this guy to do something resembling anything. Thoughts?

2nd pick overall who to draft in a keeper league? Dez Bryant or Graham?
notJames replied to eaglesfreak's topic in A Little Help!
Graham. He's ranked that high for a reason. Plus you have Thomas and Nelson so you're already stacked at WR. You'll win every week at the TE position and never look back. -
I wouldn't worry about this turf toe scare, but I think you'll be better off with AP over Forte if you don't want to risk it with McCoy.
-
No loss of picks. Just get to keep one player from last year. The problem is that with 14 teams, players go quick, and since I'm picking last, I don't know if I'll get a quality RB by the time I pick my first. And while I understand Dez's value, I'd hate to go into the season with a low RB2 as my lead guy. Unless I can snag a Jeffrey or Antonio Brown at the wrap, which would make me feel a little more at ease with the RB deficit. Thanks for the advice. I'm seriously considering the Dez Contingency now.

trade Lynch/Roddy for Calvin/TRichardson?
notJames replied to LegendoftheFall's topic in A Little Help!
Waht TxTech8 said. Forte/Stacy is a great starting backfield, and Lynch is poised to regress after such a monster season. With Calvin on your team with Dez and Brown, you may as well clear a place on your mantle for your League trophy right now. I say yea to the trade.
