I'm staring up another full roster keeper league. Basically, once you have a guy on your roster, they are yours until you drop/trade them. This will be the third one that I'm running. The legaue is $50/year (the first year I require $75 to help ensure that you'll come back next year). I have it set for 0.5 PPR right now (can change if Owners vote it to).
