I am in a 14-team league which allows 3 keepers per team (no limits on number of years) as well as an optional 4th keeper known as a developmental player. There are a bunch of conditions for who can be kept as developmental but, needless to say, it is someone who has not yet broken out in an major way. Players are only eligible to be kept as developmental if they have been rostered at all times after week 9. I currently have Demaryius Thomas on my roster and he looks like someone who could qualify but there are two names I am considering: Brian Hoyer, QB, NE Matt Flynn, QB, GB Any thoughts on either of them and their potential shots at getting a starting job next year for another team? Hey everyone, Have the first pick tonight in my PPR Dynasty league. I already have Jamaal Charles, Andre Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, and Michael Crabtree. Ever since I drew the top pick, I assumed it was a lock that I would take Ryan Mathews. However, with Jahvid Best looking like a super-stud, I'm wondering if I should go Best. Schaub definitely. Your RB situation is a little messier but if I were in your shoes, I'd go with LT and DeAngelo. I am going with LT despite how bad he's been but he will get the ball. We can't say the same for Smith if DET goes down big early (Which I think is likely since the Saints have nothing to play for but the passing record for Brees). Hi, FWIW I am going with the Houston D across the board in my leagues. They are a gamble but OAK is terrible AND will be down their top two WRs. Plus Jacoby Jones and Andre Davis always give them a decent chance for a return TD (although maybe not the chance you get from Leon). It's definitely between Smith and Lynch to sit and I think I'd have to go with benching Smith. I also think with nothing else to play for, the Saints may just air it out to get Brees the record. That could mean a whole lot of passing from the Lions. Thanks for the reply to mine.

For the championship: I need to start three of the following four WRs in a PPR league Andre Johnson Larry Fitzgerald Roddy White Marques Colston I've been starting AJ, Fitz, and Roddy all year and although I don't like straying so close to the end, Fitzgerald will be in horrible weather and AJ has the best cover guy in the league on him. If you weren't so hurting at RB, I would say don't do it but your situation is extreme (Chester Taylor!!!!). I would do it but see what it would take for you to get Selvin Young from whoever has him so you can ensure having 2 RBs this year.
