Bad O-line or is he hurt more than we know?
-
well put. thanks for the info.

Indy Tom, assuming you're a Cotls homer. When you say "word" can you please eloborate on that? What are the Indy faithful saying?
-
Alright so I am not alone. top 15 eh? maybe but I agree he will be good this year. Curreltly sitting around 30th in the rankings. Nice value pick.
-
Rhodes now - Addai for the future I guess.
-
good one. seriously though
-
edge...get it? Curious to know if you didn't have the chance to handcuff the 2 backs, which one would you take on draft night and why? Drafting for today not so much the future. I am leaning towards Rhodes. Why? He's is proven - rushed for 1000 yds already. He was used at the goal line last year even with James in the house, so the coaches DO like him. He is curently running with the starters. Problem is (and the reason I am posting this) Neither back has looked better than the other so far in the pre season.

I am not writing Burleson off at this time, however the Seahwaks were fine last year with Joe J. They should have kept him around.

caught some of the Seahawks/Cowboys game. Granted it's only pre-season but, Nate Burleson looked awful. He looked lazy, he lacked intesity, he dropped a perfect bomb from Hass right in the numbers. This guy needs to wake up. I think Hass was frustrated with him. Even saw Hass running towards the sideline (and I don't read lips, however this was clear) he was angry and said "thats 3 times" - making the number 3 with his fingers, in reference to 3 errors made by Burleson. something to watch for over the next few games, I guess.

Actually it was Rhodes who relieved Edge at the goal line last year. The Colts have faith in Rhodes. He is smallish but he can run hard inbetween the tackles. My sleeper goal line thief this year is: Tony Richardson in Minn.
-
cool. I drafted him as a rook, and held on as a keeper. Hopefully the whole Matrz thing helps him go over the top. Unfortunately my gut says alot of the same as last year. Hopefully I am wrong.

I saw the play where Mike Anderson made a nice cut to his right, then leaped over a player on the ground, when he almost landed his feet on the ground - WHAP - Taylor was right there. Stuck his shoulder right into the gut of Anderson and finished him off. Nice. Didn't see 2 much more. Jamal Lewis looked fat. Like the real fat. Didn't get much work or touches at all.
