BigBlueAces 0 Posted August 19, 2006 OK, I know I don't post often, but, I come here all day to get opinions of all the experts. Please let me know what you think of this Draft. Our League is 1/2 PPR and you also get Bonus points for Distance of TD's. The rest is pretty Basic. START: 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF. We went 18 Rounds this year since we are Re-Draft, NEXT year starting a Keeper League. Anybody THIS year drafted 1-3 Round can't be kept. Keeper next year, Lose two Rounds on the spot you drafted. (i.e. Draft Maroney in the 7th, you can keep next year, Lose 5th Round Pick.) Anyway, I had the 3rd Pick. Below are the Teams. The Players are listed in the ROUND they were Drafted........ Cuse9 128 Posted August 19, 2006 Okay...break down. Team One: Best of the bunch! Great team...very solid performers at all positions. Team Two: Way too many question marks! Not one of his wr's have proven they deserve to be a fantasy #1, helk there might not be any that are good enough to be a #2....but if they all perform, then he's okay, but he is really rolling the dice with his wr core. Team Three: I think this team is pretty good. I'm not a big fan of his rb's after LT. Team Four: One of the worse teams. I love Portis, but the shoulder thing is scary. All of his backs are in rbbc...yikes. Team Five: Very average team. Will definitly be a good team...problem is there are no stellar players (other than CJ) or breakout candidates. Team Six: Borderline being one of the best. He really needed to get Barlow or Rhodes....to solidify his rb situation. Team should be one of the top teams. Team Seven: Second best team.....he has it all...solid players, breakout candidates. This team will be one of the top teams from beginning to end. Team Eight: Should be a decent team here. Needs a few guys to shake the injury bug (Palmer, Ward, Taylor, Reggie, Ben, Stevens) but still the team should be okay. Team Nine: Nice team...nobody to keep other than Caddy however. This team definitly has big game potential. If your league awards money for single game high score...I bet this team will win it! Team Ten: Another bottom feeder. Foster and Julius is who he is banking on...scary! Maroney was taken too early, I understand there's promise, but he bought into preseason too much. The team is very weak at rb. Team Eleven: See team ten....only this team is worse...much worse!! Team Twelve: just below average team...nothing special....this is a 5-8 type of team. Overall Best team is: TEAM ONE.....followed by Team Seven.....then Team Three....then Team Six. Worst team: Team 11....then team 10....then team 4 Good league....good parity. So which team are you? Team three....if so, good job! BTW....what do I get for this....this was alot of work!! Oh well, it helped pass time!
FF in Kuwait 0 Posted August 19, 2006 I think you have a good team. LT, Roy Williams, Torry Holt, McNabb are all solid! I particularly like your choice of Kitna. Given Mike Martz as the offensive coordinator, there is a lot of upside and Kitna has always been a decent QB. As for Rackers, many of us got a good ride from him last year. With things looking up in AZ, he might not get as many opportunities, however. Finally, Leinart and Drew should keep on giving in your keeper league.
