Vince Young?

My reasoning on this is that his 1st pick isn't until the last pick in round 4. Isn't he much more likely to find a solid WR at that spot closer to on par with Wayne/Fitz than an RB like Barber at that spot? I'd have to think most good RBs are going to be kept.

I'd say AD, MBIII, and Wayne all day. As much as I think Fitz is great, you have to go with Indy's offense and the QB/RB difference. The disparity between MBIII and your RB2 is going to be much bigger than the WR you keep vs draft. I found it interesting how people seemed very influenced by it being PPR even though we're talking about MBIII over a WR2 so I made a poll for my own team where I'm facing a tough PPR decision with similar players. Finally switching to an auction league and I've got to pick one of these four to go along with Peterson. We're going to assign yet to be determined values to these guys closer to the draft, but I'm just using Sportsline for the example. Other options in all TDs = 6 pts, Romo ($18), Earnest Graham Crakas ($18) and Edge ($12). I'd have to say Stevie Franchise is my least likely. He brought me a championship 3 years back, and I definitely could see him having another huge year, but I couldn't keep him over these other guys at similar money. B Marsh? - Is he worth the $4 on the cap and good value in future years? Off field issues slightly concerning, but looks to be quite a talent. AJ - Who I want to keep, but I just don't know if it's the right move over Braylon given his mounting missed games. No other options other than Daniels. Edwards - The smart move, right? I guess my big question is is it better to have someone like AJ likely getting most of the offense and being able to handle it, or Edwards having another great opton like Winslow around to spread the D? Does Winslow take away from Braylon more than he helps? Is Derek Anderson for real or is the Browns offense going to slow down this year?

Stevie Franchise lead me to my championship two years ago. Now I'm back and its hard to believe he's not a big part of it. There's no reason I should start him over any of these three, right? Braylon, B-Marsh, and Andre Johnson.

Holmes went for 49 - 824 - 2 as a rookie. Not too shabby. I'd think a 1,000 yard season may be easily within reach with the Berger a year removed from his accident and likely having a much better year. If he can get his TDs up to the 6-7 range, he should have a fantasy starter worthy year.

I've heard myfantasyleague.com can handle auctions and cap dollars throughout the season. Just wondering if there are any other sites that offer this feature or if this is the best? We moved from Sportsline and chose the rtsports free trial because it was highly recommended on here, but I'm thinking we should head here instead. This is going to be our first year with the auction. Do people like this site? Thanks.

One more FA questionon carrying the cap dollars into the season. Say I spend right up to the $200 cap at the draft and I want to pick up a FA in week 2. The site tracks each players dollar value so that I would be dropping a $15 player and be put out a $15 bid for the FA, right? And the site is userfriendly in terms of seeing all the teams' cap situation? What is your max roster size for the $200 cap? Just wondering cause witha roster of 18, that's about $11 a player and LT at $73 seems crazy high for one player.

Long-time keeper league is looking to spice up our draft so we are hopefully going to convert over to an auction format with a couple of contracts for keepers. Not everyone is for it so instead of blowing it all up, we'll likely hand out two or three contracts to our current keepers. My suggestion is one 3 year deal and two 2 year deals. Anyway, how do you go about determining the appropriate team cap and dollar values for players? We have 12 teams with a roster of 18, but I don't know if that translates to a $200 or $400 cap. Are there any rules specific to the auction draft? I'm assuming you just go around the room with an owner tossing out a player and bidding ensues until you have a winner. Do people incorporate the cap into the season for free agent bidding and do a weekly blind bid? Are there websites that will track all this kind of stuff or does a league member have to keep a spreadsheet? Seems like it would be much less of a hassle to do waiver priority by worst record like we do now. Just looking for auction ideas /help in general. Anything you can add would be great. Thanks in advance.

Cool, those were my two choices of scouters except I was thinking Sheffler if I don't keep Winslow. I saw you're comments on him above though. The only think you're off with is the trade is I'd be doing 2 for 1 so I'd no longer be keeping Chambers cause he'd be a 6th guy. So its either: Young, LJ, Edge, Smith and Chambers or Young, Portis, Edge, Smith and Roy Have a good one!

I had originally opted for Winslow, however his microfracture surgery has made me think Chambers. Your pick? I've been offered Portis and Roy Williams for LJ. I do this right?
