How do you rank Culpepper? Is he done?

I have Daunte in a Dynasty League (see team in sig), and really built up my QB depth this off-season as I fear he will never regain his previous top-notch form.

 

What's the consensus on him? How do you have him ranked (Re-Draft and Dynasty Format)?

the theory to win in fantasy football is to buy low sell high, i don't see culpepper getting any lower. Two years ago he was a stud, arguably the mvp of the league. Last year he was horrible, but hurt. He has a great receiver to throw to, a quality te, a good running game, and a average o-line. Miami's defence should keep them in every game, so culpepper will not be pressured to win through the air. In conclusion, a high risk, very high reward player.
