Tobex 0 Posted August 21, 2006 So here's what my team turned out to be. All TDs are worth 6, 1pt 10 yds rush/rec, 1pt 25 yds pass. I picked at the 10 spot in a 12 team draft. I was thrown off in the 1st round, as Manning went 4th (can kind of understand) and Willie Parker went right after me at 11. QB: Culpepper, McNair RB: R. Brown, K. Jones, R. Droughns, J. Addai WR: C. Johnson, R. Smith, M. Jones TE: H. Miller, J. Wiggins K: J. Kasay D: Jags, Lions There are still some good players on the wire, so I'll pick 1 or 2 guys. There was a QB run in the 4th and Culpepper was one of the few left with star potential, so I reached for him in the 5th, not even thinking that I already had Brown. I hope that doesn't come back to bite me. Thoughts?
Hawkeye G 0 Posted August 21, 2006 I have the 10th pick too. What RBs were available? I'm targeting Chad Johnson in the 2nd round-hope he's still there. Looks like you had a similar plan that I have. Looks pretty solid.

Looks pretty solid. Lamont Jordan dropped to my second pick. I'm not too thrilled with him, and I liked the idea of having a top 5 receiver compared to what was there in the 3rd round (Reggie Wayne was there and would have been ok, but I'd rather have Chad Johnson and take my chances with a few backs later on). 4 backs went right after me...Jordan, Westbrook, R. Bush, and then Warrick Dunn, J. Jones and D. Davis also went in the 2nd.
Hawkeye G 0 Posted August 22, 2006 Thanks. It seems like a lot of people are down on LaMont this year despite his high ranking. Who knows what will drop to me, every draft seems to have its own personality.
