Defense question and should I drop Fitz?

I have two defenses on my team , which is ravens and 49ers , since they are facing each other this week i am not sure who to start , but I also might have the ability to pick up the seahawks defense if i drop someone , fitzpatrick seems to be the weakest player i have in a two quarterback league where I have rivers and ryan .  fitzpatrick did a lot of damage at the beginning of the season but miami just embarrassed him , and i do not see him coming back to anything great.  any suggestions?

a hernandez or tony g?

ive got hernandez starting right now but with tony g being ryan's #1 and they are facing the colts , i feel  that tony might be the right choice.  any advice?

which 3 out of these 4 should i start this week?

welker , baldwin , decker , and marshall

marshall has been a let down every week , welker is starting to do the same , tebow just realized decker was on his team, and i am not sure how baldwin will do.

alfonso smith or ben tate?

ive got forte on a bye this week and im starting murray , but i need a 2nd rb.  I know tate is the backup but I honestly see him doing more points than smith with tate going against jacksonville and smith going against baltimore.  any suggestions?

WR Start , Baldwin or Washington?

I am torn between which to start between these two guys.  Right now I am leaning towards Baldwin but I keep feeling that Washington might have a great game.  any advice?
