    2011 Cheatsheet Compiler/Draft Buddy

ouch Mike, that one hurts. I really liked being able to import the league settings. Ah well. Now, let me preface this by saying that I absolutely love the CC and DB, but last year it felt like the rankings were just kind of what everyone else was saying and didn't have the love or special incite that it had in year's past and it seemed like you missed the boat on more guys than usual. I easily had my worst year across the board using the compiler. Now I really don't want to sound like I am knocking all the effort and work you guys do as I know it s extensive, I just want to be sure it's more about projecting the right stats and rankings than making a pretty and tech savvy product. I hope that special incite about the players returns this year. Again, I just want to reiterate how much I appreciate all that you guys do to put out a great and affordable product. I have just come to expect the best rankings and projections from fftoday because of how solid you have been for years. thanks for listening.

    Cowboys at Saints

I hope the Saints tie this up, but I doubt they do it again. Man this is exactly what happened in the redskins game.

So next years first 12 picks are kinda obvious ...no?

Sjax is worth it in a ppr, dude gets enough receptions to make do. Turner got 370 carries, and what a shock, is hurt.

    Which qb?

with the Rams becoming the bubonic Rams, I feel Schaub and AJ could put up better numbers than last week. Warner always has that chance of throwing up a turnover game, I mean he had a great matchup against the niners last week and tanked. I'm not saying that he won't do well, in fact I think he will have a fine game. I'm just saying that the chance is always there with that guy and I just don't see any chance of that happening with Schaub.

ECD?? lol Every Coaches Dream Some of us at a different forum call him Tennessee Tuxspeedo - anyway you slice it, dude is a beast and is #1 right now. CJ AD MJD Rice to me those are the only locks and then it changes depending on your leagues specific scoring.

    All I want for x-mas...

I am debating on whether or not to start Ricky Williams over Gore, Philly also has only given up 9 rushing TD's this year and are gimpy in the secondary and LB and are tended to be burned by WR's and TE's (Vernon Davis alert) With SF going to the shotgun spread almost exclusively they are becoming a pass first team and although they went back to showcasing Gore last week, I feel like they will have their best chance at winning by passing the ball, or coming off an emotional win at home having a short week and having to go from west coast to east coast could prove too much and they could get behind and lose Gore's effectiveness that way as well. just some food for thought.

    WR Welker or Owens help

Welker is your man. Owens is nothing more than a WR3 at best and is going against NE in poor weather. welker gets his every week and is due for a TD.

    WR & TE Help

Rice is questionable and if Rice is out and Harvin is in, I would 100% say go with Harvin, even against a tough Carolina Pass D. I don't trust Britt, even with Young back. In regards to the Eagles WR's, actually Avant and Brown have been playing even for Maclin and add Curtis who looks to be back this week in a game where the weather is going to be pretty nasty. In other words, I would stay away from that. Packers and Ravens both are middle of the road against TE's. That being said, I really like Heath this week. call it a gut feeling. Weather is supposed to be nasty in both places favoring shot passing games over deep ones. I just think that with Ward gimpy and Pitt needing to right the ship, they will be focusing on the run and basics like getting big heath the ball in the red zone.

if she looks liek demi or jen aniston, that is pretty effing hot. Hit that while the getting is good and you don't need a little blue pill.

    RB/WR Help!

hightower is being phased out, you used to be able to count on him in the passing game, but has something like 6 catches in 4 weeks that a thumb injury is contributing to keeping him out. You have to play fitz in that matchup. In regards to who to play Tennessee Tuxspeedo is a must, followed by Charles, I would go with Forsett by process of elimination because Chris Jennings is the man in Cleveland not harrison and Hightower is out for reasons mentioned above. Beanie is getting better with blocking hence more playing time as that was the only thing keeping him from taking over earlier in the year. Since you only need to bench one WR, it's Roy Williams, now I know you are scared that if Fitz sits, you will be screwed out of a WR as Roy plays Saturday night, my suggestion is to drop Roy for a WW guy (maybe Breaston who would be gold if Fitz were to sit) and just be confident that Fitz plays because if he does, then you won't have to worry about playing Roy williams or some equal bum that you would pick up for Williams, although I do think that Breaston would be a good start if Fitz is out.

    The Revis Factor

I would bench a gimpy white in terrible weather with a crappy QB (if it is redman) but those options (cotchery or edwards) aren't much better As I said in another thread in 4 games, Schaub, Brees and Brady have a combined 1 TD pass against the Jets stingy point giving up defense. But Sanchez is gimpy, a rookie and a socal boy playing in nasty weather that he is far from accustomed to.
  21. ellisdtrails420

    Dallas Clark

jets have one of the best defenses in terms of scoring and have given up the 4th fewest receptions to TE's all year. Also, they have only allowed 2 TD's to TE's all year, one by Anthony Fasano and one by Joey Haynos. In fact, they have only allowed 7 Total receiving TD's of any kind, word to the wise for Manning, Wayne, Garcon, Collie and Clark owners out there. Matt Schaub, Drew Brees and Tom Brady have a total of one TD pass on the Jets in 4 games.

It's official, I am starting Forsett

I think it makes it more confusing, that second part is the opinion of the rotoworld writer, not Mora's words. even split is even split.
  23. ellisdtrails420

Justin Forsett is a must start

that comment tells me all I need to know. Foster is the main man this week and against the Rams, it's a gimme.

    Heavy snow in Baltimore

glad I have AJ and Schaub playing the bubonic Rams, lol Should only affect Pitt/GB - which was likely to be a low scoring game anyway Philly/SF - as long as wind isn't too bad, I don't see the score being affected except for kickers maybe ATL/Jets - Rookie QB from SoCal in a blizzard coming off injury doesn't bode well for jets offense, Turner and Ryan likely still out would put them at a disadvantage against one of the top defenses in terms of points allowed. NE/Buf - I still expect moss to go crazy, Pats did pretty good in the snow against Ten, winning 59-0, although pats could be without warren and wilfork on that Dline.
  25. ellisdtrails420

    SF @ Philly Sunday

remember when pats and titans played in the snow, yeah pats won 59-0 and brady went off. I am one to believe that poor weather plays to the teams strengths, not weaknesses. As long as the wind isn't too crazy, shouldn't affect too bad.
