PaintGuru 0 Posted August 28, 2006 12 team league QB: Warner, Carr RB: Tiki, T. Jones, Chester Taylor, and Marion Barber WR: Fitzgerald, Evans, Glenn, Kennison, Jennings, Williamson TE: Gates K: Feely Def: Cincy Standard performance league, 4pt TD pass, all other 6 pt. 0.5pt receptions. 1 pt/10 rush/receive yds, 1 pt/20 pass yds. I think I am weak at RB, but who knows. Leave a link and I'll respond to yours.
veebs4 2 Posted August 28, 2006 I think you're weakpoint may actually be QB. With your RBs, you have 3 opening day starters, and a guy who is really pushing the starter for more carries. Your WRs are obviously your strength. Warner may explode, and with Edge, he may get more time to throw, which is good. Warner's injury propensity and recovery worry me for a #1. You appear to have a lot of trading leverage from WR to upgrade just about anything you want. Thanks for yours.
thannay 0 Posted August 28, 2006 If you can have just one of your receivers pan out I think you will be in good shape. I like the Warner pick only if he can stay healthy. Not sure about Carr as a backup, so I would keep an eye on the QB situations around the league to see if someone has a good start to the season. I like the Barber pick if Jones goes down. I had him last year and I drafted him late this year. The kid manages to find the endzone a lot, not to mention Parcells really likes him.
JTB 52 Posted August 28, 2006 Gates and Evans for a Good QB and an upgrade at WR. I know Gates is a stud but to sure up 2 positions with 1 player makes sense to me. Also, there are a few good tight ends out there that could get some good numbers for you too. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=225432
