If you are looking at starting fred as your flex (except to bye week filer) and you are targeting rudi and fred you could go something like portis, bell and smith for rudi and fred He would be able to say he got 2 starting RB plus a WR for 2 starting RB and you would have 4 GOOD RB that you can use anyway you needed.
