Should I do this trade?

I'm liking this offer...but I want to hear some opinions:

 

I give: A Gates and Fragile Freddy

 

I get: J Shockey and Fast Willie

 

 

Definite downgrade in TE, but I think Willie is a pretty big upgrade.

 

Freddy is my flex player now...Willie would be a pretty nice flex.

 

Just hurts to give up Gates in a PPR league.

I like Fast Willie a lot more than Fragile Fred. The difference between Gates and Shockey may not be that much as Shockey is a go to guy. I would do it. Fast Willie has the high steppin knee action of Roger Craig, have you noticed that? Thanks for responding to mine. I picked up SD.
