kenpophil 0 Posted September 15, 2006 So I have all four of these backs on one of my teams, and I can start two. I wanna say LJ is a lock, but with no passing game who knows how that will go. Should I give Big Willy another chance in his hometown, or give Gore the start after his performance last week. And what about a 75 percent Portis? Leave Link. Gracias dudes
HedgeHawg 0 Posted September 15, 2006 LJ and Gore. As you said, you have to start LJ. I go with Gore over Mcgahee because the Rams have a softer run D than Miami, and Gore will get you receiving yards that Mcgahee won't. gunnergip 0 Posted September 15, 2006 Portis is now listed as doubtful for Sunday night's game and McGahee doesn't have the most favorable match up against Miami. Because Gore showed beast-like skills last week and St. Louis' run D is nothing special, I too choose LJ and Gore. Should be good for 200 yds and 3 tds between the two of them. Querymeisters 0 Posted September 15, 2006 Out of all those guys, Gore is the only one I actually like this week. Portis has got injury issues. Jordan isn't doing squat until Oakland gets better, and that probably isn't happening against Baltimore. McGahee isn't a great option against Miami, but the 'Phins defense is only better than average, not great. So go with Gore and McGahee. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=233272
