Lamont Jordon, What is he worth?

In one of my other leagues, not sig league, I am very weak at RB and thinking about trying to pick up Jordon, because his value is so low. But who should I give up. The team that he is on is weak at WR and pretty strong at RB.

 

My Team:

 

QB - Hasselbeck, Plummer, Simms

RB - LT2, C. Benson, S. Gado, J. Norwood, T. Henry, Jones-Drew

WR - Holt, Chambers, A. Johnson, N. Burleson, T. Glenn, J. Cotchery, E. Parker, W. Welker (we get return yards)

TE - Ben Watson

K- Kaeding

D - Denver

 

 

So who should I try to give up, we start 1QB, 1RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2WR/RB, 2WR/TE, K, D kindof a weird setup, but I think I definetly need to upgrade RB. Scoring is pretty standard with no PPR and points for return yards. I was think maybe startout trying to give up Burleson and Parker or Welker, but am open for suggestions.
