S Smith & Chargers DST for D Stallworth

I'm in a 16 team league with a format of starting 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DST. I have T Glenn, M Colston, S Smith and I Bruce as my WR and with the Cowboys as my backup DST. Steve Smith is really starting to worry me. I'm thinking about offering the Chargers DST and S Smith for D Stallworth. Do you guyz think this is a good trade or should I stay with S Smith for now.

I would be patient with Smith, at if you are going to trade, I would make it even up Smith for Stallworth, and keep the SD DEF.

smith is a stud, when he gets fully healthy he should be back, its a shame that his value has gotten so low. Don't sell him so low, stick with him.

if you can get away with stallworth for just san diego's defense, then def. go for it cause i think defenses are replaceable unless you have chicagos or baltimores. otherwise...yea i'd make that trade actually. sure smith has been injured and has proven his productivity but i dont think this offensive line is good enough. stallworth meanwhile is the main target for the best QB in the NFC. i'd say go for it but try to lowball first

I agree with Poloc. Don't dump Smith just yet - I have a feeling he'll be back before too long - and you'll want him for the stretch run.

Agreed with everyone .. if you can't get anything better than Stallworth, stay put

I would definitely NOT do this trade. Smith is a freak of nature, and while Stallworth is looking solid, he's no Steve Smith. I'd wait for Steve to heal up.

Stallworth looks great, but SS is a proven STUD! Don't give up on him just yet.
