Mr Raider 0 Posted September 21, 2006 I am in a keeper leage that starts 1 QB, 2 RB's, 3 WR's or 2 WR and 1 TE, 1 K and 1 D/ST. Below is my Team, with the starters first. QB - John Kitna RB - Willis McGahee, Willie Parker WR - Steve Smith, Reggie Wayne TE - Anotonio Gates K - Mike Vanderjagt D/ST - Redskins Backups QB - Jake Plummer RB - Deshaun Foster, Laurence Maroney, DeAngelo Williams WR - Michael Clayton, Chad Jackson, Drew Bennett K - Rian Lindell Should I accept either of the below trades, or stay the course? I am 0-2 in my league. Willie Parker and Redskins D/ST for Thomas Jones and the Saints D/ST or Willie Parker and Drew Bennett for Thomas Jones and the Saints D/ST
afs 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Personally I would STAY PUT. I don't see the value in getting the Saints DEF, this early in the season. Their luck will change next week and beyond. Thomas Jones is a tough one, IMO, because of Benson and their better offense. Less running, for now, but Benson could take over half way if not start taking significant carries away. I would go after Benson, for the long term, THIS year, for the Bears Playoff schedule during weeks 14-16. Is he still available?
Mr Raider 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Unfortunatley Benson is not available.
daddyphatsacs 0 Posted September 21, 2006 I would stick with what you got, neither trade seems to benefit you all that much heres mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=235888
texasmouth 1 Posted September 21, 2006 I would say NO and NO. Stick with FWP. The Jags are tough and Big Ben was rusty, dont put much stock into the last game.
