Which QB would you start this week

I currently have Alex Smith and Roth, so needless to say I'm HURTING for QB and am debating picking someone up off the waiver but its slim pickins. Heres who is avalible:

 

Kitna @MN

Frye @CAR

Loseman @CHI

Plummer @BAL

Huard @ARI

McNair @DEN

 

honestly, I was thinking Kitna or Frye. However, Frye is out for me this week because of the matchup but may be worth considering later. Kitna has been suprising solid this year, not special but solid. Then I'm considering Keeping Smith in because of the matchup against Oakland, and lets face it Oakland looks dreadful.....Actually Smith seems to be the best choice but I'm lookig for someone I can count on to be more consistant the rest of the season.

 

What woud you do

 

I would try and trade but there has only been 2 trades in the history of our league. No one will give up their draft picks, does anybody else have this problem of league tradaphobia?

Kitna, he's the best from that bunch...if not him the Frye who should step things up especially with JJ back.
