dwaterm 0 Posted October 13, 2006 Any insight would be helpful. I know both have good matchups but can't decide between the two.
PudgeDawg 0 Posted October 13, 2006 Ronnie Brown has not lived up to his pre-season hype but the Jets are horrible against the run(28th in the league) T Jones has looked good but you have to wonder how many carries are going to go to Benson if the Bears jump out to a BIG lead... I'd have to say,I personally would go with Brown because you KNOW he is going to get the carries and because it looks like Harrington will make defenses respect the pass( a little) http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243618
monkeysthrowpoo 0 Posted October 13, 2006 I'd go Brown. Jets are horrible against the run and he is likely to catch a few passes also. In last weeks game Benson got two TD carries. A big concern if he continues to chip away at Jones "touches". The Bears look to be making an effort to get Benson a little more action to prepare him for the rest of the season while also resting Jones just enough to not get him hurt/tired for the stretch... If the bears get out to a nice lead as I expect, there will be a bit more running but I wouldn't expect it to be Jones getting the carries late in the game, I would expect them to start pulling starters to rest them. gram 0 Posted October 13, 2006 thomas jones all the way! he is going to run all over arizona. yes, ronnie is going to probaby have a good week but jones is da man!!!! please answer mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=243784
J5 0 Posted October 13, 2006 I would go with T. Jones. R. Brown couldn't produce against Hou or Ten.
nlcaravan 0 Posted October 14, 2006 I'd go with Ronnie Brown. Reasons why: Jets Defense is horrible against run. Brown is the main runner in Miami, Chicago has Jones and Benson. Brown can get receiving yards also. Miami will lean on Brown because Harrington is there QB. Chicago has alot of other weapons. I'm also a R. Brown owner.
