andhraangel 0 Posted October 20, 2006 I got offered a trade of Eli Manning + Derrick Mason for M. Hasselbeck + Antonio Bryant. My current roster is below and the WR situation is OK right now (I hope), but I wonder if Eli Manning will outperform M. Hasselbeck the rest of the way. Manning has been more consistent but faces a tougher schedule, while Hasselbeck has been wildly inconsistent but faces a cake schedule (but gets shaun alexander back sometime). Should I pull this, or wait on it? BTW this is a keeper league where we keep 5 guys, so I don't know if Manning would make the cut anyway. Post link and I'll give my help. Wizzzzard 0 Posted October 20, 2006 I would rather have Hass and Bryant for the reasons stated. You really can't count on Mason for anything.
Wheaties 0 Posted October 20, 2006 I'd stick with Hasselbeck/Bryant. I am not impressed with Eli Manning (and I'm from NYC). Hasselbeck will be airing it out until Alexander returns... and plays in a defensively weak division. I think the WR portion is a wash... but the QB portion leans towards Hasselbeck. Brown Growler 0 Posted October 20, 2006 I think the receivers are both very unrealiable. Cant count on either of them. But I favor Manning of the two QB's. He is playing well and will continue to develop. His potential is unmatched. If its a keeper league, you may want to consider this trade.
